Making of Cut Mango Pickle


Main Ingredients


  1. Raw Mango 1

  2. Salt to taste


Ingredients for pickle powder


  1. Fenugreek seeds - 3 tbsp

  2. Asafoetida 1 tbsp

  3. Red chilly 20


Ingredients for Seasoning

  1. Gingelly oil 6 tbsp

  2. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp


Pickle Powder Grinding

  1. Take a tawa and dry roast fenugreek, red chilli and asafoetida

  2. Let it cool and grind it to a soft powder consistency


Amla Pickle Making


  1. Finely chop mango

  2. Add the pickle powder into the finely chopped mango and mix well

  3. Now add salt to taste and mix well

  4. Add seasoning by heating gingelly oil with Mustard seeds


Enjoy the delicious Cut Mango Pickle with Curd Rice !!!!
