Making of Jackgery Mash
Main Ingredients:
Ripen Jack Fruit 1 cup
Jaggery 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Water
Jack Fruit Paste Process
Remove jackfruit cloves from the fruit ( a ripe one)
Take 1 cup of Jackfruit and grind it into a smooth paste
Keep it aside
Jaggery Process
Take 1 cup of Jaggery mix it with 3 spoons of water
Now boil jaggery till it gets the consistency of a paste (not too thick or too thin)
Once got the paste consistency, take out to a bowl and let it cool (while cooling it gets thicker, check for the proper consistency)
Jackgery Mash Process
Take a kadai, pour the jackfruit paste and jaggery paste and saute well, keep the stove on a medium or low flame
Keep stirring till the jackfruit gets thick paste paste consistency.
At the end add ghee, give a good mix and switch off the flame
