Making of Jackgery Mash Pudding
Main Ingredients:
Jackfruit Paste (refer recipe here Jackgery Mash) 1 cup
Coconut milk - 1 cup (very thick milk by adding little water)
Thinly sliced coconut 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Water
Jackgery Mash Pudding
Take the jackfruit paste (refer recipe here Jackgery Mash) and dilute with little water and boil it in a tawa, keep the stove on a low flame
Once it boils add 1/4 cup of jaggery paste
Once it thickens switch off the flame and add the coconut milk little by little (Note that the coconut milk should not be added when the jackfruit paste is boiling, it may spoil the texture)
Coconut Fry
Thinly slice the coconut and roast it with ghee or butter on a tawa till the coconut gets golden
Mix with Jackgery Mash Pudding
