Paneer Home Made in 15 minutes

Fresh and pure Paneer can be made at home instantly. Easy to make with milk and lemon or vinegar. With this Paneer we can make Crispy Paneer Cubes, Paneer Masala Dosa Bytes, Paneer Marinade Masala Rice etc. Refer paneer recipes in this site.

Making of Paneer Home Made


Main Ingredients:

  1. Whole Fat Milk or Any Milk 2 Litres

  2. Lemon or Vinegar 4-5 tbsp

  3. Muslin Cloth

  4. Water Drainer

  5. Weight

  6. Stove


Preparing Paneer Home Made


  1. Take a Big milk vessel and add 2 Litres of milk

  2. Keep it on a medium flamed stove

  3. Bring milk to boil stage(stir often so that bottom of the vessel not get burnt)

  4. When milk about to boil pour 4-5 tbsp lemon or vinegar and mix very well

  5. When the milk water turns into light green switch off the flame (refer the image for consistency)




Paneer Draining Process


  • Take a strainer and spread muslin cloth in the strainer


  • Strain the milk water completely


  • Shape the paneer with masher



Paneer getting ready..........




  • Cover all sides of muslin


  • Keep a weight on it (refer image)


  • Keep it aside for 2 hours
