Potato š„ crunch is a crispy and yummy recipe which is prepared with grated potato. Kids friendly recipe and a hot, quick and filling snack for the rainy evenings. Taste will be delicious if there is a tomato sauce in the kitchen

Making of Potato Crunch
Main Ingredients:
Potato š„ grated 1 cup (4 medium size)
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Red chilli powder
Pepper powder
Oil
Pizza seasoning
Potata mix process
Take potato and peel off the skin and grate
Spread the grated potato on a muslin cloth or kitchen cloth and dry them for about 20 minutes
Take a bowl and add 2tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp pepper powder
Now add ginger garlic paste, add salt to taste and give a good mix
Add the dried potato and mix with the batter
Take small portion of the mix and make a oval shaped potato crunch
Keep each potato crunch in a bowl
Freeze it in fridge for about 20 minutes
Frying potato crunch
Take a tawa and heat oil on a medium flame
Take out the potato crunch from freezer and immediately put it in oil when it is hot
Fry on a medium flame till it gets golden brown
Do the same process for all the potato crunch slices
While serving sprinkle some Pizza seasoning on top of Potato Crunch to add flavour to it
Potato Crunch is ready
