Making of Sweet Paneer Milk Masala
Ingredients for Paneer Home Made: (Click Paneer Home Made for detailed Recipe)
Whole Fat Milk or Any Milk 2 Litres
Lemon or Vinegar 4-5 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Muslin Cloth
Water Drainer

Ingredients for Masala Milk
Milk 1/2 litre
Saffron
Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
Pista and almonds 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 cups (one for masala milk and one for sugar syrup)
Water
Masala Milk Process
Take a bowl and add Milk 1/2 litre, Saffron, Cardamom powder 1 tbsp, Pista and almonds 1 tbsp and mix
Keep the mix on a medium flame and bring it to boil
Add 1 cup sugar and mix well
Let it boil for 4-5 minutes, saute the milk frequently so that it doesn't stick at the bottom
Let it cool, when completely cool keep it in fridge

Take a Big milk vessel and add 2 Litres of milk
Keep it on a medium flamed stove
Bring milk to boil stage(stir often so that bottom of the vessel not get burnt)
When milk about to boil pour 4-5 tbsp lemon or vinegar and mix very well
When the milk water turns into light green switch off the flame (refer the image for consistency)

Take a strainer and spread muslin cloth in the strainer
Strain the milk water completely
Shape the paneer with masher

Cover all sides of muslin
Keep a weight on it (refer image)
Keep it aside for 2 hours
Paneer Kneading Process
Knead the paneer very well
Knead it to a dough consistency
Add 1 tbsp corn flour and need it very well
Divide it into small portions and make paneer patty's
Sugar Syrup Process
Take a kadai and 1 litre water and 1 cup sugar
Bring it to boil and switch off the flame
Sweet Paneer Milk Masala Process
Switch off the flame of sugar syrup and put the paneer patty's into the sugar syrup and let it soak for 30 minutes
Take out the paneer patty's and squeeze it lightly to remove excess water
Put the paneer patty's into refrigerated milk masala and keep it in fridge
